I’m Kristina with a K –

And the truth is, I thought I knew what I wanted to be when I grew up, until I grew up. So if you’re currently beating yourself up about ‘wasting time in the wrong job’ or ‘not having a clue where to start,’ I want you to know I was in the same boat at one point.

Honestly? Most of the people you work with, have been interviewed by, currently report into, and admire have probably felt that way at least once in their careers.

Because career progression (and success) isn’t a straight line. The ebbs, flows, peaks, and pitfalls are all incredibly normal, humbling moments in everyone’s journey. Learning this lesson (in a thousand different ways, through wildly different jobs) was the fire that fueled my decision to launch this coaching business and provide support to talented, inventive, hardworking creatives.

But enough about work…this is the part of the website where you get to know the gal behind the job title. Here goes:

• I’m the oldest of 3 girls and was raised by parents who met on a blind date over 35 years ago.

• Singing was the first love of my life, followed by Justin Timberlake.

• 7 months as an NYC matchmaker groomed me for 7 years (and counting) in creative recruitment. 

• I converted to Judaism in 2020 and practice a modern Orthodox lifestyle (minus the every-now-and-again quintessential Italian meal, because I just don’t have the chutzpah to turn down the food of my forefathers).

• A few words my family and friends might use to describe me: bubbly, direct, honest, empathic, loyal.

• Frank Ocean headlining Panorama in 2017 is the reason I met my husband (3rd love of my life). 

• Travel and experiences are how I prefer to spend my money and time (shopping sprees and designer bags are probably dope, but have you ever bathed with an elephant?).

• 12/17/23 is the day I became a proud boy mama to Noah Joseph (ultimately, the best love of my life).

• And as Natasha Bedingfield might say, the rest is still unwritten (lol).
